This is about 4 hours into the process,the cooking takes place from now on. And yes, we check them internal temperatures before serving.

    I’m sending you the cleaning bill for my shirt. It was dirtied by all the drool prodced by your bird. Maybe get a raincheck if I make it over to the TBB ranch? Peace and good health to the Nelson clan.
