Just returned from getting a much-needed haircut, at one of those franchise haircut places. I’ve developed a good rapport with my barber, or “stylist”, as I’m sure they are called. I’ve seeded this rapport with generous tippage along the way, and he continues to do a good job on the few hairs I’ve got left.
On the way home, I got our holiday bottle of Glenmorangie, 12 year old, Single Malt, Sherry-Cask Finished goodness. Properly administered, it’ll last until March.
And lastly, I made a small donation to the Salvation Army’s kettle, which this year is being manned by Rotarians.
