Random Christmas Notes

The roux is made, deep-dark chocolate color. The trinity1 is added. After the work of stirring that roux, we’re now on auto-pilot towards our chicken and andouille gumbo.

Branch Blogging Office

In order to serve my readership in a better fashion, I’m proud to announce I’ve spared no expense in opening a branch office.
Not much of an office complex yet, but they did name a streets in a sane fashion.
Just a spacey (spaced-out?) blogger.
