With the House and Senate elections approaching roughly a month hence, some free political wisdom, straight from me to you.

Anyone capable of being elected to an office, will, sometime after assuming office, begin to exhibit undesirable and downright detrimental characteristics. The magnitude of these characteristics is in direct proportion to the level of the office to which the person was elected.
