With nicely-smoked turkey breast left over from last night’s meal, there’s gonna be good stuff in the lunch pail this week. We have some plastic compartmentalized sandwich containers, the bottom level of which holds the meat, and condiments of choice. A plastic cover folds down over the compartment part, providing a floor on which two slices of bread rest. Then there’s a lid that locks in place over the whole apparatus. That way everything is separated until L-time.
When the lunchtime bell rings in my shabby cubicle, I get the container, remove the bread, flip up the plastic floor, and proceed in this fashion:
When doing this at home, proceed as above, except toast the bread. And maybe add a lettuce leaf or two.
Good stuff.
