Thus far the PODS experience has been great. SWMBO made the order via phone (could have been done online), I confirmed and agreed to the order online, a confirming mail-o-gram promptly came back, and tonight, on Pod Eve, this via email:

The PODS computer has finished calculating the delivery truck schedules for tomorrow. It is estimated that we will perform the job described below between 8am and 11am:

I’m tickled pink, and trust that the attention and just good old-fashioned good service will continue.

And, I’m locating the liniment; James has discovered that work-related discomforts are not an exclusive province of us old coots.
