The 2007 NASCAR season kicks off tonight with the running of The Budweiser Shootout from Daytona. As I’ve said here on at least one occasion, I remember when the event was called the Busch Clash.

No points, a butt-load of money, run flat out.

Saturday night. Under the lights. It doesn’t get much better than that.
