When you get to pass the on-call pager to the next poor schmoe in the rotation. Being a sys admin is an absolute hoot; the worst part of it is the periodic on-call week in the barrel. It goes with the territory, and our group is great about helping each other out.
Still, it’s nicer not having the pager than having it.
