It’s All Hallows Eve. The punkins are on the porch. The ceramic candle powered jack-o-lantern is dusted off, and will take its proper place on the porch tonight.
We have bales and bundles of candy. My little bride will make a beeline home from work tonight, to see as many of the little ghosts and goblins as possible. The little ones are cute; where else can you see kids dressed as lady bugs and fuzzy orange pumpkins?
By 8:30 or so, the crowd will turn decidedly older, and grab candy by the large handful. At that time, it’s lights out, and gathering around the teevee. With the remainder of the bale of candy.
