In the all’s well that’s finally over department, DC Administrative Judge Roy Pearson, who gained brief notoriety and a gold star in my nitwit class, has lost his job as an administrative law judge. His appointment expired on May 2, and the Commission overseeing the appointment of administrative law judges has voted not to reappoint him.

While the Commission considers the non-reappointment a “personnel matter”, Pearson’s frivolous lawsuit couldn’t have enhanced his prospects.
