A Year After Killings Few Question Gun Laws
I question the gun laws.
I question why students at VA Tech were not allowed to carry their own protection.
I question why gun free zones aren’t, except for those with ill intent.
I question how any governmental unit can keep us safe.
I question why freedom for hunters is equated with the right to bear arms.
With of the above, I still grieve for the families of the victims of the VA Tech shootings. This includes the family of the shooter.
There’s no way, on a universal level, to insure such things never happen again. The insurance for each individual is clear, and that is that the Constitutionally granted right to bear arms is an individual right.
