I TWAC’ed away my leap second by explaining to family why there was a leap second at all. It was a TWAC because their eyes glossed over as soon as I started.
Man, we haven’t talked about TWAC’ing much in 2008. Not to imply that TWAC’ing didn’t happen all year, but we just haven’t given each other reason to keep score as in the “old days.”
We have to do something about that in 2009!
