House Rules

I guess everyone who has a blog needs a page like this; sorta’ the blogging legalese. Or maybe not. But it’s Christmas Day, and there’s too much good and bad stuff going on in the world, that I decided to list the house rules here at tbbs-land.

  • Articles: I, Ken Nelson, write all the articles herein posted. There is to be sure, linkage to numerous sites and blogs out of my control. This is the web, after all. I judiciously endeavor to credit outside sources, preferably via a direct link to the article in question. My views on any linked-to items are strictly my own opinion, based on my perception of the facts at the time.
  • Comments: In view of the above, comments are welcome and solicited. I don’t have all the answers, even when I think I do. Possibly, I have no answers. Opinions differing from mine are also welcome. Please, if you disagree, do so without being disagreeable. And remember; “Comments are always free in tbbs-land.”
  • Privacy: You are required to provide a name and e-mail address in order to comment here. I do not, and will not make any use of this information, for any real or perceived gain. I reserve the right to email you directly regarding any comments you make here.
  • Spamming: Consider yourself nuked.
  • Licensing: Wide open Creative Commons. If you publish anything found here, please spread a little love my way, and tell your audience you found it here. Spelling my name right is also a Good ThingTM.
  • Things we don’t do here: Gooooogle Ads. Any Ads, except for stuff I like, that I want to share. I don’t get paid a cent for any of it.
  • Common abbreviations: SWMBO = She Who Must Be Obeyed, my wonderful partner and wife.
MLB = My Little Bride, after she decided that SWMBO made her sound bitchy.
tbbs= ten billion butterfly sneezes, this here ol’ blog.
  • Final Authority: That would be me. I run this place solo, except for the participation I get from my readers, which is what makes it a place. I pay the hosting and all related fees, so The Bucks issue from here to keep this place up, and they stop here as well.
  • That, as they say, is a wrap. For now, at least.
