I guess the switch to Hendrick Motorsports is a good thing for Junior. It’s not bad on his fans, either; those who had a #8 tattoo need merely to juxtapose another 8, and they’re back in the game.

Than that of seeing Dale Jr, leading at Talladega, in the iconic #8 Budweiser Chevrolet? And in his last plate race driving for his Dad’s company? And in his last race under those circumstances with his long-time crew chief, Tony Eury Jr?
