Kansas Jayhawks, 107. Niagara Purple Eagles, 67¹. Round 1. A 1 seed, a 16 seed. Five more consecutive wins, and the Jayhawks cut down the nets.

I’m not buying my championship paraphernalia yet, but that first win in the tournament is always sweet.

The crystal shoe still fits the George Mason Patriots, who are Final Four bound. Everybody loves an underdog, and according to The Agitator,

Mason’s econonmics department is the most libertarian-oriented in the country.
