It appears to me that American beer is now to be found in Texas. Not on the side of a race car, not known for equine cartage displays, but just an excellent product:

The last day of my Red Hat class was today. It was without a doubt one of the best training sessions I’ve ever attended. The instructor was really on top of his game, the class attendees were from a variety of backgrounds, and the interactions amongst the group were a training bonus.
Tonight, I’ve found some siblings for the lonely Shiner Bock featured in last night’s post, and am enjoying same whilst folding up the tent, and preparing to take the Search for America Tour eastbound tomorrow. Destination: Myrtle Beach, where I’ll pick up SWMBO at the airport1. From there, we head to Conway SC, for a weekend of festivities.

Arrived safely a little before 5PM. This tour is powered by a Chevy Monte Carlo; it’s a sweet ride. It was also the first serious usage of the new GPS device. Diana, I call her. In spite of her persistence in steering me toward I-95, i held firm to my no I-95 policy until we were south of Richmond. She was quite adept at navigating the 522, when it was clear that the 95 was out.
I’ve had a bite to eat, and plan to relax with a couple of Shiners1 in front of the one-eyed monster.
